What currencies do you accept?

We currently accept the Great British Pound and Euro.

Do you sell Giftcards?

Yes we do sell giftcards.  These can be found within our Product collection menu, and then added to the basket.  After you have passed checkout, you should receive the gift card promptly to your email.  Please email us at info@offdutyldn.com if you have any problems.

How long are your Giftcards valid for?

Our Giftcards are valid for 12months.

Can l return a Giftcard for a refund?

Unfortunately our Giftcards cannot be refunded.

My promotional code isn't working?

Our promotional codes are case sensitive.  Please email us at info@offdutyldn.com, and let us know what you would like to purchase and what the discount code you're trying to use is.

Can l use more than one promotional code at one time?

Unfortunately only one promotional code can be used per purchase.

Will you be getting more stock in?

Please email us at info@offdutyldn, the details of the item you are interested in so we can check our stock due in.
